Adenium Beachfront - Cape Eazi Stayz

You don’t get any closer to Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard promenade than the 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Adenium Beachfront Apartment. Look out of the window to be met by palm trees, the sea, and maybe some dolphins that cruise this coastline.

This large ground floor apartment has two bedrooms; one with a queen-size sleigh bed and the other with twin beds, both equipped with quality linens and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has a luxurious double shower and the granite-top kitchen is fully fitted, with a central workspace. The open-plan lounge and dining area look towards the sea-facing picture windows and combine retro elements with modern lighting and furniture.

Adenium Apartment in Rhodora Court on Beach Road is one of the best positions for a holiday let apartment in Cape Town, along the Mouille Point Platinum Mile (very desirable residences). You can walk to V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, Greenpoint Park and numerous restaurants and cafés. The seafront promenade right in front of Adenium stretches for 3km, frequented by walkers, joggers, bikers, skaters and dog walkers.

With your own dedicated parking bay, plus free street parking right outside, you can hop in your car and within 5-10 minutes get to Table Mountain cablecar, Robben Island ferry, Bo-Kaap Malay Quarter, CBD, Cape Town International Convention Centre, Greenmarket Square, numerous eateries and quirky shops. Uber Taxis operate well in Cape Town.
